I went with Takahashi in 2010, because without the fall on the quad flip it was probably the BEST performance (better than Lysacek's or Plushenko's) and the quad flip was an extra element that no one else was doing anyway. Goebel's performance also deserves mention because it was chocked full of tons of technical difficulty, even though I prefer Takahashi's artistically.

Takahashi went for the quad toe at the Olympics. He tried the flip a little later at worlds.

Voted Tim geobel... For 3rd place to do so many quads, I think he deserves to win this poll.

Yeah I liked takaheshi, especially the short, but he had bigger flaws in the long

I really loved Jeffrey Buttle's 2006 Olympic long program. Yes he made two mistakes but his program was so beautiful. Samson and Delilah is such a lovely piece of music and jeff interpreted it so well. His heart was into it. His transitions are amazing. So glad that he won the 2008 Worlds with a perfect program and great music. His artistry is fabulous.

Ooooops, sorry. Still, it was great, since so many men DIDN'T even TRY quads at the '10 Olympics (including the Champion - no disrespect to Evan though, I think he did deserve the win that day).

Very true and he made it pretty obvious everyone he was talking to was telling him not to do it.

Buttle's 2008 program is one of my all time favorites. Just gorgeous.
