I did not list pairs before 1970 (Kennedys with world silver or Ludingtons with world bronze because I never even watched their tapes).
So this poll begins at 1971 and does not include current pairs (or those who split and are skating with other partners).
Who are your 3 most favorite US pairs from the past? I have tried to limit it to those with at least a top 10 finish, but you can pick any pair that you like, regardless of world/Olympic placement.

I went with the same 3. We must be 'old school' Personally I loved the Lyon Free Skate for Starbuck and Shelley, 1979 Worlds for Tai and Randy, and actually one of my favorite exhibition programs was the "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" program that the Carruthers used when they first burst onto the (now) Grand Prix scene (Norton Skate) and with which they reprised if I recall correctly, during their final year performing as pros.
