I'm always a sucker for an "In the Mood", "Sing, Sing, Sing", or Gershwin program. If you go to "The Way They Were Thread" there is a link to a young Torvill and Dean skating to "In the Mood".
Elena Sokolova -Bublitchki (sounds more like Russian-Ukrainian folk song but originally is a jazz from mid 20's)

There were some swing sequences in Denis Ten's Artist program.
Denis said that his competitive programs and their style were inspired by the exhibition program Stéphane Lambiel choreographed for him last summer.
A really nice one indeed:

Thanks so much for this post! I was going to make a post about Takahiko myselfbut I don't need to anymore. "The inner urge" was one of my favorite short programs that year, but unfortunately his best performance of it was during a summer ice show, probably The Ice. He was right on the music there, didn't miss a beat, but unfortunately I cannot find it on youtube anymore.
Maria Butyrskaya always rocked the jazz pieces. Here are my favourites from her:
'99 Worlds SP - St James Infirmary
'98 Olympics SP - Fever
'96 Worlds SP - Blues
'02 Europeans Exhibition - Broadway Medley
Michelle Kwan's Eric Clapton SP:
