Music Question - Lu Chen edition

Lu Chen's "Spring Breeze" program ... one of the best!

(if you don't know what I'm talking about, do yourself a favour)

My question is -- what is the name of the piece(s) of music? Is it actually "Spring Breeze"? I guess I'm more focused on finding the same recording that was used in Lu Lu's program. The only thing that I could find is that it may have been performed by Vanessa-Mae.

Any ideas?
