"Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned / Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned."
Did anyone watch? Since its supposed to repeat Friday night at 9p (at least according to my local guide), I decided to wait to read some reviews first knowing I can catch it on Friday. I've read that its pretty violent and gory, and I really don't like like horror/gore, etc., but I love Kevin Bacon ... so I'm torn as to watching. Was it really as squeemish as the things I've read, or really no worse than your typical murderer type stories?
I enjoyed "The Following" and will keep watching. It's a bit gory but I don't think it's really any worse than anything else on TV.
The only thing is, I have to watch "Being Human" on SYFY when it repeats later in the night since they are both on at 9:00.
Really enjoying "Continuum" on SYFY too.
As AliasJohnDoe says, I don't think the gore level is any higher than a lot of other network shows out there -- although, again, I'm surprised this is a 9:00 show, it really feels more like 10:00. And at least the gore "makes sense" -- it's about a serial killer for pete's sake, you gotta expect some blood. However I did have to close my eyes in the sceneSpoiler
when they went to the prison guard's house. As soon as I saw all those missing dog posters I knew what was coming. I'm with the young agent: I can handle watching human-against-human violence, but human violence against animals turns my stomach.
I liked it very much. It was a thriller in the best sense of the word. I think some of the other actors have some catching up to do to get to the same level as Bacon and Purefoy, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
However I'm glad it's a mid-season starter: this is the kind of show that will work better with shorter seasons IMO. If they try to string it out over multiple 22-episode seasons it will I think get ridiculous. But as it stands now ...![]()

"The Wedding Band" canceled by TBS:

If The Wedding Band is canceled, does that mean Brian Austen Green may return to Happy Endings? I prefer Penny with him over whatshisface.

ABC hasn't made it official yet, but the cast of Don't Trust the B believes they have been cancelled - US Weekly article.
Interesting comments by James Van Der Beek re Neilson/scheduling/when people watch. I thought there was a way to account for pvring, but is there? And what about online viewing? And do those two alternate ways to view give the same breakdown of demographics?
I've also always thought networks were playing with fire when they move shows around the schedule. There's a lot of stations to scroll through, and if people don't know where to find a show, they certainly aren't going to keep watching it.

Was anyone watching Last Resort, which is now over and canceled? I'm so confused. Why did the senator dude kill himself last week? Why did Kylie kill that guy in the hotel room (I even forget who he was?)? And did Kylie really kill the president at the end and if she did .... why??
I need to pay more attention when I watch my shows. I miss so much all the time.![]()

I just found out about "Apt 23" by watching an SNL skit from last night. I'm so crushed!: I FLOVE that show.
I knew it was only a matter of time, but I hope they at least burn off the episodes or make them available online. Meh.
Q: Why can't I read the competition threads?
A: Competition forums on the board are available to those with a Season Pass or a premium membership How to View Kiss & Cry
