Jump rope, jump rope, Jump rope from what i have been told![]()
As well doing rotations on the ground. My DD was told not to practice the jumps just feet straight forward together and do rotations in the air. startign from a half to a full to a 1.5 then double. And mix it up. I was told it helps with knowing their rotations in the air.
