According to the london2012 website, the Men's 10m Platform prelims are today.

    Go Matthew Mitcham!

And of course Australia must continue winning all the sailing things

We also have some BMX tonight although can someone please get Sam Willoughby some Proactiv stat so he can clear away those pimples and get his confidence to race consistently again?

Hopefully NZ kicks British arse in the sailing and wins the Gold. You lot have way too many. Looking forward to BMX as well where we have medal contenders and start of our medal hope in sprint canoeing. Not many events left. Oh and can we kick british arse in hockey and win the bronze medal.

Boxing semis for the men today. Three Irish fighters in action against a Chinese and two Cubans. The odds are against them, but here's hoping that at least one can get an upgrade!

I think we're in with a shout of 30 Golds!

My sister lives in New Zealand and I have visited her there quite a few times. So hope Team NZ can increase their medal count quite a bit as well

Spare a thought for Aaron Cook. Ranked number 1 in the world he should be going for gold in Taekwondo today. However, due to politics in his sport he was not selected and replaced by the world number 59. Ludicrous. A potential gold given away.

There is definitely a whole other side to the story we're not hearing about. He's probably a bit of a wankstain.

It seems to be related to him leaving the GB Taekwondo training camp to train with his own coaches

Sarah Stevenson loses her Taekwondo prelims After all she's gone through; both parents dying within 3 months of each other and then wanting to win for them but to incur an ACL injury this year. It's a miracle she's even competing I guess.

Real shame. An ACL is one of the worst injuries to come back from. Aliya Mustafina did well to come back from the one she had, and she was still not back to her best after 15 months. It takes a very long time to recover from something like that, and to recover your form once you have

Canada has two different Ryan Cochranes at this Olympics. One a swimmer, one in kayak.

    C'mon Paddy Barnes!

Hope he can score at least a point unlike in Beijing.
