Sorry I'm late to reply to this - not very helpful now that it's Friday.

NBC had qualifying on yesterday 11:30 am - 12:15 pm and 1:15 pm - 1:40 pm. Today qualifying is on 1:45 - 2:45 pm. So yes, during work hours.

Thank goodness for DVR.

The Individual final is on Saturday 1:00 - 2:00.

Also, if you have Telemundo, they are scheduled to show some rhythmic gymnastics daily beginning at 9:00 am through Sunday 8/12.
