Son from Korea did well, but I felt she had been better at the preliminaries.

she gets 28.050, which is basically what she got 2 days ago.

    The black mark of Viner.

Korean girl trains in Russia, so she has a shot (although I don't think she or Garaeva should be ahead of the likes of Miteva, Charkashyna and Maximenko).
She's good and will improve even further, but I still think there's better for now...

    Kanaeva's ball routine up next.

She is precise and flexible, yet so powerful.
29.2.. just blowing away all competition.

I don't think she is nearly there yet, but many of Kim's uber fans are jealous already.

How I miss the days when you could not grab the ball with your hand and balances were the element that counted.

    Oh, look, Mitrosz
Can't believe we're missing the chinese girl for that...

It was reported that Son pays $20,000 per month for training fees while in Russia.

    Dmitrieva 28.35 for her.

I did a little research and she is represnted by IB sports, Yuna's former agency
and they are marketing Son very well in Korea, and have been labeling her as " the Yuna Kim of Rhyhtmic Gymnastics ", I can understand why Yuna would be pissed

What I meant with saying she has a shot because she trains in Russia, is she has the Viner backing, which means everything in this sport.

A typical family in Korea cannot pay $20,000 per week for training fees.
So the IB arrangement is working well for her.
