    Awwww. Love Norway so yay for Norway.

    I am actually feeling emotionally tired after the conclusion of Artistic gymnastics though I am looking forward to rhythmic gymnastics and I was so behind with the Olympics that I ended up deleted all the synchro swimming and equestrian.

    Wheeee BMX starts today. Decathlon in athletics should be good and 200m. Go Jamaica.

    In connection to this, I had to laugh when I was overhearing conversations in London of people who clearly don't watch much athletics. I was in a pub when Greg Rutherford was taking one of his jumps which he clearly fouled and the crowd were booing the decision.

    the last American male boxer exited the London Games last night to complete a humiliating first Olympics without a medal for the most decorated nation in the sport.


    Welterweight Errol Spence lost 16-11 to Russian Andrey Zamkovoy in his quarter-final, failing to take advantage of the second chance given to him by organisers AIBA, who changed the result of the American's previous bout after a video review.
