The cat is pacing the back of the couch, her eville cat head is just following the path of the ball. She occasionally stops to get a better angle. I can't tell who she's rooting for. At this point, I can't tell who I'm rooting for.

Can someone explain the blue tape that the Chinese woman has on her thigh and back? I've seen it on some divers from China too.

The blue tape is supposed to keep the muscles properly in place to keep them from getting sore. They did a mini-feature on it on one of the other channels.

The coverage (IMO) is simply horrid. At least the commercials are kind of inspiring.

tape is the new tensor =) the physios use it a lot - the girls at my gym have pink tape - how great is that!!! i know that my son had a minor back injury and they taped it to add some stability while it healed- that tape sure is sticky too- it stayed on even with showers for days!!!

I hope May/Walsh take the Chinese out for a drink at least. It would SUCK to play that well and lose.

That was an absolutely fabulous match. I'm so excited that Kerry and Misty will get at least a silver here!

That was such a great match! Just as good as (if not better than) the first match against the Australians.

It's super lame that they didn't show any of Kessy and Ross's match.

Wait. There are OTHER Americans? And playing for the gold medal too? This is a great story, and it has Americans, and where the hell was NBC for these two? Were they not expected to do well? I knew there were two men's team; I just assumed there was only one female team.
