Wrestling, judo, canoe, rowing and several other sports have that limit in place, actually. They all need to make sure Olympic medals are somewhat spread out in sports that heavily rely on public subsidies, because otherwise many countries unwilling to spend huge cash will just shut down their programmes.

The refs in the Canada game need to be smacked ten ways from sideways. Being called for a penalty that clearly wasn't committed, the Americans have had various hand-balls not called, she's doing everything she can to help the Americans win.
