Lovely Feature on some of the volunteers on BBC Breakfast at the moment. Poor things are staying in untiffed TENTS though!

Friend of mine is volunteering as well though but according his facebook, he's staying on a ship. He met Zara Phillips yesterday

Still exhilarated after yesterday - hope we can continue on and win more medals today.

One of my friends had tickets for last nights athletics and posted on facebook that it was an amazing evening - just electric. I am so jealous

Brilliant reaction of the BBC commentators to Mo Farah's victory as shown on BBC this morning - Good job Denise has a firm butt otherwise that would be embarressing

Watching Canada's Zach Bell in the individual pursuit. He's not doing as well as he had hoped but he is quite the cutie.

I don't like some of the changes they've made to track cycling. I wish they had kept the Individual Pursuit as a medal competition and the points race (love the points race). But no instead they shifted focus to team events and made those two events part of the omnium. I can't say I'm a fan of it.

Mark Cavendish agrees with you. He says that the omnium is something you do as a kid to learn the different aspects of track cycling and is not too happy other races have been excluded to make way for this as an olympic competition. It will be interesting to see if it continues as an olympic event going forwards. I was happy to see more womens events in this time however

British boys pipped to the post for sailing gold - and they are devestated. They were in gold medal position all the way until the last 300m - then there was a mad dash for the line and the Swedish win and the Brits are in 8th - 6th would have won the gold!! They have silver!!

Good sailing. I was worried he mught make the errors of the previous guys who were so concentrated on watching the Brazilians that they let the Swedes sneak in and take gold. Ben held firm.

Already 4 medals today - we just don't know the colour of two of them

    Well done to Ben Ainslie!

If Irish boxer can win tonight, we'll have secured our first medal of these games.
