I was going to call Jeter's run otherworldly but all their runs are crazy fast. I think four of my strides equals one of theirs.

    I was just thinking that!

Is it bad that I'm looking at half of these sprinters and wondering if they've doped or not?

Ah. Well, that makes sense. I think I've seen only one ad that was actually by Romney for Romney.

That's what I'm thinking. It's terrible, I know. But after Marion, et. al., I cannot help it.

The 100 meters is just an amazing feat of athleticism. You can see every muscle just working, working, working.

If it's bad, then I'm bad too. Every woman that I saw with acne, I was mentally thinking that she must be a doper. And when the Canadian commentators were talking about how slight Allyson Felix was, I thought "well, maybe she's at least clean". I think I would have a hard time being a serious fan of track with all of the doping.

What the hell is standing high jump?

I hate this "Greatest Olympian" crap. Sports aren't comparable to each other, and not every discipline has the same shelf life for athletes or opportunities to earn medals.

Still an hour behind here. I love it that Missy Franklin sings the National Anthem. I'm always happy when anyone on the podium sings. I don't care if they cry or can't carry a tune - I want them to sing.

    Agreed.

And besides, everyone knows that The Kween was the greatest Olympian- gold medals be damned!

The artistic gymnasts should watch Trampoline and pay attention to what form should look like.
