I found the upcoming schedule for these events but I can't find a list of competitors anywhere. I'm sure there is one, obviously I'm not using the right keywords. Does anyone know who will compete in each event - both men's & women's?

If you click on each apparatus event listed, there is a "Q" next to the athlete's name who qualified for each event and a "R" next to the athlete who made the reserve/replacement roster for each event.
You can find the men's qualifying (and scores) here:

Does anyone know when start orders would be available?
The draw was done based on qualification rank already in February.
You can download the draw from here and try to match names with prelim rankings.

Apparatus finals are spread over three days?! So people will pay to see only three of these per day? With only 8 gymnasts per final, that makes or a short session.
"Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned / Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned."
Wow, China has qualified for 9 apparatus spots and they will be among the first 4 competing in every single case. Ouch.
I agree.
I don't get why they changed it.
3 men/2 women's finals made sense.
My hopes:
Bars:
1. Komova/Mustafina
2. Komova/Mustafina
3. Beth
Beam:
1. Komova
2. Ponor (yeah, who would've thought I'd warm to her, but she's just not afraid of beam like everyone else usually is)
3. Afanasyeva/Sui Lu/Linlin Deng
Vault:
1. Maroney
2. Izbasa
3. Paseka
Floor:
1. Afanasyeva
2. Izbasa
3. Ponor
I just want medals for Afanasyeva and Siu Lu. That's it.
They changed it so -
- There will be one more night of a very popular event to which they could sell very expensive tickets (and be sure of selling out).
- There will be one more night on TV of the most popular event for which they can sell very expensive advertising.
I really want Ponor Gold on beam and I'd love her to win floor but only by upgrading with what she showed in practice. Otherwise Afanaseva or Izbasa would be awesome. I still think if Raisman does her full difficulty she is going to be hard to upset. Though I'd be happy with anyone medaling in floor except for Mitchell.
Beam. I love that Afanaseva made the final as I did not expect it whatsoever and thankfully most people made it who I expected and wanted. I'm pulling for Ponor but Komova or Lui or Deng Linlin winning would be great too.
Uneven Bars. I'd like the Russians or Yao Jinnan to win personally. Vault. Izbasa to get silver and would be happy with anyone getting bronze. Obviously Maroney gold.
Bars I would like to see Beth win it, or perhaps Vika. I wouldn't mind seeing Mustafina on that podium too.
I'd like to see Maroney win vault. The rest I am impartial to. I guess if Vika can be perfect on beam, I'd love to see her win a gold. But that is a big if.
My big hopes:
Vault: Maroney...duh!
Bars: Tweddle
Floor: Raisman
The only ho-hum event for me is beam. Ponor is so solid so I guess I wouldn't mind her winning since she really owns the beam. Douglas could surprise if she keeps nailing her set since so many people make mistakes.

I'm much more greedy.
I want Afan and Izbasa to go 1-2 on floor, a Musty-Komova-Beth bars podium with Musty on top, Komova and Sui to go 1-2 on beam in any order, and Maroney, Izbasa and Paseka/Chuso on vault.
I expect, Maroney, Beth, Sui and Raisman to win. Douglas can win beam also if she hits.
My big sentimental irrational hope:
