Consider yourself lucky that you get BBC. The BBC feeds that I'm watching here in the US are better than the NBC live streams which insist you watch commercials every 5 minutes and come at the worst times. Also, I know this is a track thread but for NBC not to show medal ceremony for tennis with Murray winning was moronic. They have no idea how to cover sports unless it is the NFL.
