I tuned out during the volleyball and came back to Seacrest? Really?

Oh goody! Swimming. Wonder if Phelps has done anything this week? I can't find any news on him.

Some of these goggles are freaky.

Sorry, I can't see him doing a sports event like the Olympics. Worst match ever. Seacrest should stick to entertainment stuff.

Besides, Costas is 60 - how much longer could he really do this?

Costas' hair is getting weird, thinning and dyed, therefore he is looking old on tv.

Word. My sister is obsessed with her now. She wanted to watch her vault over and over today and keeps asking when they are going to have the vault finals.

I agree, which is why I am fearing that they might be getting him ready to take over sometime within the next few Olympics... they've had him doing some of the fireside chat interviews that Costas does, as well as other fluff pieces. Knowing NBC's record of hiring employees, I'm not too optimistic about who will take over ones Costas is done.

So was my Facebook feed. What amused me most of all were how the comic book geek guys were obsessed about her too. Who knew they watched gymnastics?

Rowers get screwed on medal ceremonies. No podium? No chance to wear spiffy warm up suits? Don't even get to put your shoes back on...

That vault was so epic, I'm betting lots of people who never saw any gymnastics before are sharing it now!

Whoever does swimming has to get better with the paint tool, he ends up circling multiple people every time he tries to point someone out

Is the Chinese girl--the one that swam 5 seconds faster--racing tonight or again? If she is, I've decided I'm rooting for her.

WTG, NBC, I'll basically not get to see any Gymnastics before I go to bed.

Gymnastics coming up, but it seems there is still a lot of swimming left. So I guess we won't get much coverage.

I feel like I'm in a dream. But it can't be a dream because there are no boy dancers!
