Watching BBC coverage online from all over the world (including gym)

    a) Install the Expat Shield on your computer
    http://www.expatshield.com/

    b) Watch on BBC iplayer . They switch between channels but do tell you where to go.

    c) I recommend de-installing the shield immediately after the program because it comes with adverts.

Just downloaded expat shield since NBC seems incapable of showing anything but swimming. Tomorrow night when I get home, I'm going to enjoy both the men's and the women's all around.

Not to mention, I think I might keep it and enjoy Downton Abbey in September.

Downton Abbey is not on the BBC. You must use the ITV player. Though obviously I wouldn't advise such copyright infringement to anyone.
