Tom Bergeron clarified this when in the press room after his EMMY WIN. He said it was taken out of context and that Max said that when his contract is up he's thinking of leaving - that the contract goes on for 2 more seasons in 2013. So Maks is still sticking around. I'm happy he's not leaving, now.
Yet, I'm pleased when any of the dancers have other offers.
I hope they materialize.
