I'm sitting in my seat for the show. Not possible to have a bad seat here. We are 3 rows from the ice and not even in V.I.P seats. Definitely a show meant for children and families, tons of kids here. Glad I brought mine.

Is this Alissa Czisny's first skating appearance since her injury?

Alissa skated in Scott Hamilton's benefit show in early November:

Overall it was a great show. The male gymnasts are so much fun! They totally out performed the ladies. But the ladies were good, too.

The skating was definitely the highlight. Gracie, Adam, and Jeremy all had jump mistakes and had to retake at the end. Alissa looks pretty good. Especially considering the type of injury and surgery she had. Ashley didn't do any jumps. Must still be healing. She was great though. The Shibs were fun in their second number. The crowd seemed to love it. She is beautiful. And so is Meryl Davis! TV just doesn't do these 2 ladies justice!

The real crowd pleaser seemed to be The Fresh Beat Band. And, embarrassing as it is, I knew every song they sang.

I don't have a lot of specific details, and I apologize. But I just wanted to enjoy the show with my kids without thinking too hard about remembering every detail.

    The photo's a beauty.

There are a couple of fan videos on Jeremy's Facebook fan page. The ice surface looks like it was a tiny maze. It's incredible that anyone could jump on that. Looks like (and sounds like) a good time was had by all.
