need help with aol mail on macbook air
never had this problem with my other laptops, only macbook. When I write an email using aol, the font is set at 8points and if I click to a higher font, it will not change. I have to write my entire email, highlight it and then click a higher font to enlarge it. Does anyone know how to increase the font? I tried doing it through macbook settings and it won't hold the new setting, aol no longer has customer support and as I said, this is only a problem with my macbook air, my son's desktop (a dell) holds the higher font setting.

Sorry, can't help you with your technical problem.
But is it okay if we mock you mercilessly for using AOL?

Did you try the apple discussion forums? You might find the answer there.

Judiz, I still use AOL, myself. I also have a Gmail account. But most of my mail comes in via AOL, I just never changed my address.
Anyway, I use an iMac. I type my message out in 8 point, then select and enlarge afterward. You can select the entire message or just specific words within the message. I have only ever used Macs, so for me that is normal
. I actually don't like the home page for Gmail as much as AOL. But, Gmail lets me send much larger files. So, for graphics, I use my Gmail account.
