Glad to see there are other bad Canadians out there. I, too, would have preferred to see Mitcham in the final. It was heartbreaking to see him there in the stands, looking so gutted.

Daley allowed redive after idiots using flash photography distracted him.

    What just happened with Daley?

    ETA: Ah, ok.

Disgusting decision to allow Daley to re-dive. As if other divers don't have to deal with flash photography?

    Re-dive was way better than before - 91.80 compared to 75.60 .

This could create all kinds of depending on how the final results shake out.

I don't have a problem with re-doing the dive, per se, but then I think of the gymnastic girls that have cameras, people screaming their name, waving, coaches yelling at them from the side, and I think grown men should be able to shut it out a bit better.

Diving is about the only event this Olys where I've enjoyed the men SO MUCH more than the women.

Maybe. It also means he does 7 dives while others do 6.

Oh yeah. The women have been rather lackluster. Oh man, I hope Dave Boudia does well. This will be very nerve wracking.

Damn, this is a high-scoring event. EEK. Hope they show this tonight so I can watch it on the big TV.

1/2 way thru and I gotta eat my words: Boudia in the lead.

Can I be an honorary good Canadian by marrying McCormick? Mmmmm, tasty.

Boudia is bringing it today, as well as Daley and of course the Chinese.

I downloaded something called AirParrot which allows me to stream anything on my computer to my TV through the AppleTV. I love watching this on my 50 inch television. Why didn't I think of this during gymnastics?!

As usual, the men's event is top notch quality whereas the women's was a splatfest.

Boudia's 4 1/2 tuck dive was a thing of beauty

Yeah, other than Chen, no one wanted a medal. Still happy Pandelela got the bronze, though.
