I don't think Joubert's Gladiator will come as a shock to Yagudin. Yags must have gotten used by now to Joubert copying him. But I'd quite expect Joubert to say something like "Yagudin skated to Gladiator? I had no idea."

Yagudin will be too busy rejoicing at finally being given a pass on having to skate Winter to notice anything else? If he does notice, I hope he tells Joubert to get a better costume for it...

Well, AFAIK it's only being used as an EX in Joubert's case, while Ancient Lands was a competitive program for Joubert and an EX for Yagudin. I don't recall any other pieces of music that they both used. They're both soundtrack guys, but not the same ones and Yags mixed in mostly classical while Joubert has gone more for techno and electronic stuff. It's been a decade since Yags retired, I think by now the men should be allowed to use "his" music - even KvdP

Yagudin didn't use that in a competitive program - he had a different Safri Duo track for his Racing SP. And in this case too, I think it was KvdP who ended up using Yagudin's music a few years down the line; Kevin skated to Safri Duo tracks several times in his career.

Yuna looks great from any angle.
