I came here for the gossip, so I'm sorry to add some reality to the situation. But legally, that kind of contract is not even remotely binding. No judge/court can enforce that. Even in a prenub, you can't write down the marriage will only last 5 years, just the party wont get any additional money after 5 years. But any agreements regarding future children are not legally binding.

Unless she really was just a segregate, and but since they were legally married, I doubt that applies here.
And Tom loves his kids, and they love him. Suri's age helps, younger children tend to go the mother, but I doubt Kate'll get solo custody.

I feel like 99% of the photos I have ever seen of Suri are of Katie and Suri. I can't remember the last time I saw a picture of Suri with Tom in it. I'm not surprised she's fighting for sole custody.
