Don't bet on it. Trautwig is pervasive. Like a cockroach.

Scoring systems change, but Hooked on Classics for FX remains the same.

All these girls seem to have some jitters tonight. Hope they get it all out of their systems tonight and rock on Sunday. It's still weird to watch this since I was just at that arena back in January for US Nats. It looks exactly the same except for the gym equipment, LOL

Whenever I think of John Tesh, I am grateful for Al Trautwig. Doesn't anyone remember the Gutsu/Boguinskaia "little sister" smarm?

Other than Jordyn, all these ladies are looking v. nervous. Alicia just okay on beam.

Finnegan lovely on floor until the last second.

Board is still hanging for me, so no more posts, I'll just be reading.

Finnegan isn't looking great even as an alternate right now but I'm not sure who I'd put in her place. Vega certainly isn't making a case. I might take ASac but the other two would have to be good to go on bars.

A lot of these scores seem high, or is it just me? Then again, I havent been following gymnastics too closely lately.

Not really. He was the Liam McHugh on VS for a number of years, doing the taped replay version with Bobke in the evening, and the pre show with the full team before the live stage. He was replaced by Craig Hummer and Liam McHugh.

Vega gets dangerously close to the boundary when she sets up for her tumbling passes.

Ah, okay. I usually watch the morning. I like my cycling with British accents or not at all.

I hope Jordyn doesn't win the Olympic AA. She's competent, but that's about it....
Solid, well done routine from her.
Commentator (Elfi?) says eyes are automatically drawn to her routine, but I don't see it.
