Right...if he were winning, it wouldn't matter if he wasn't training at all. Swimming isn't a subjective sport; the results are really clear for all to see. Either you beat him or you don't. Unless he's doing something illegal, it shouldn't even be a discussion point. If he's beating you with less training, then he should be even more commended, or you slacked off, lol!
