Boston2014, do you have an approximate idea of when the official hotel bookings will be available to be made? Are we looking more at "soon" or "much later." Just trying to see if I need to be alert to more than the tickets going on sale.

I'm not sure why. We updated the site so that the mini seat map is now also a link to the larger map, and the original link provided is still there as well. Do you have java enabled? If you use a script blocker like NoScript, you'll need to set it to allow the site (at least temporarily).

The official hotels will go live for bookings in about a month. We will send an advance email blast to everyone on our mailing list, so if you'd like to be alerted to that event please sign up for our mailing list.

At this time, the hotels listed are the only official hotels. All three hotels are less than two miles from the TD Garden, which should be no more than a 5 minute cab ride thanks to all the restructuring work done by the Big Dig. We will also be offering shuttle service for all-event ticket holders interested in purchasing a shuttle pass (details about this service are TBD, as noted in the FAQs). And if the weather is nice, it could also be a lovely walk along the new Rose Kennedy Greenway and waterfront for those who don't have mobility issues.

Yes, fans will be able to pay for a single order with multiple credit cards. From our FAQs:

Can friends interested in sitting together place a single order but pay with multiple credit cards?

For separate payment for individual tickets within a single order, please provide one credit card to guarantee the order in the space provided on the ticket order form. Then, in the notes section of the form, please indicate that you will be paying for the order with multiple credit cards. When our ticket specialist calls you to discuss seating options and solicit your seat selection, please be prepared to provide the other credit card numbers to cover your order.

Please note that this process would also work if you'd like to spread a single ticket over multiple credit cards.

Boston2014 can you please tell me what sections will have ADA seating at the $495 price level?

I've never been to Boston, but in most arenas I usually sit at the top of the lower bowl just where the 200 section starts. Since I have been buying at the mid-price range, it also usually means I am on an end or in the corner. Do you know if the $495 tickets would put me between the 100 level and 200 level seats?

Maureen - I am trying to track down that info for you. Until then, the way the ticket order process is going to work is as follows: the online order form will request your contact info, general seating preference and credit card information, but no seat will be assigned to you until our ticket staff calls you back to discuss available seating options, at which point you'll be able to pick your seat. So if you'd like to submit an order assuming that the $495 seats will work for you, go ahead and do that because you'll be able to change your seat level when you're talking to the ticket staff.

Just please add a note in the comments / notes section of the order form that you will require accommodations.
