We used to do the Killian in lines of 4 (shoulder hold) as a synchro exercise. I wish I had videos of it!

Kilian in lines of 4 would be a GREAT exercise. I feel pretty certain our adult synchro team could never do it

My coach and I with other skaters used to do Dutch Waltz with two forward and two backward. Great fun.
