    This is an interesting poll, I picked the layback spin ( particularlly Cohen, czisny, nikadinov and mirai). After that I'd pick spirals then jumps.

    I also like just a glide, those kicks chan does, and kwan's one foot skating.

    I love watching men do split jumps, Ina Bauers, spreadeagles, etc when they can do them well.

    I think you've got to have God given open hips. I never had a good spread eagle.
