It looks like this site is going to give us pbp:

I think the link to the pbp page will appear when it starts at the word "Flash" above Akiko's picture.

Irina is certainly being ambitious!
3A from Takeshi, wow!
thanks for the info, midori
So excited!
Shizuka Arakawa 64.80
Joannie Rochette 63.47
Irina Slutskaya 61.97
Sarah Meier 54.53
Laura Lepisto 52.98
Kimmie Meissner 51.90
Kimmie was in a better form than I expected. Stiff upper body but still had some triples n nice 2As.
Last three skaters were great. never expected a 3F from Irina. Joannie's 3S n Shizuka's 2A3T were killer!Too bad Laura popped some jumps; she nailed nice triples in the warm-up.
A top notch comp in general.
Ilia with no axel - I'm surprised and maybe a little confused.
Jeffery Buttle 83.40
Kurt Browning 71.57
Ilia Kulik 69.93
Takeshi Honda69.32
Alexei Yagudin 69.10
Phillippe Candeloro 51.30
Obviously Jeff really brought the goods! He is the youngest of the group so that helps too.
Good for everyone - I hope it was very high quality and maybe there will be more of these.
Men's comp was a kind of reminiscence on past champions' golden days.
Technical highlight was Honda's slight hand down on 3A.
and Philippe's back flip
Kudos on Yagudin for trying 3S n combination jumps since he;he hadnt dont them for years.
Ilia was in great form. 2footed on 3F but huge 3Lz n 3Lz2T IIRC.
My reason of coming Japan was Kurt's singing in the rain and he never dissapoint. great use of pro throughout the program. shame on the 2s; otherwise it would be epic.
Jeff and Ilia's program had some COP impression and IMO it affected on the score. JIMO though. They were also in the best physical condition.
Overall a good comp. Enjoyed ladies competition a bit more.
