I saw a posting about that earlier this morning and it's wonderful to see some of the hidden gems of the Windsors see the light of day finally. It really looked gorgeous on Sophie and suited her so well too.

Someone asked if there was silver embroidery due to the shimmer of it and...

Stephanie was just beyond stunning and gorgeous and just plain ROYAL!! That was the one word that constantly came to mind this morning. How regal it all was and she was the Crown Jewel of it all.

I need more sleep before I can talk more about it all, but gorgeous Bride and Groom, they looked so happy and you can't go wrong w/three kisses on the balcony either.

Congratulations to Their Royal Highnesses The Hereditary Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg!! May they have a life full of joy and many blessings!!

Love the dress - so elegant, and the train!!

Also like that the bridesmaids are wearing slightly different dresses, but not big on the outfits for the children - too old fashioned and of another era (and not a good one). Guess I'll let it slide though

Overall I loved the dress but I did think that it looked heavy and maybe didn't move very well along the carpet. There were a few times when it looked like she really had to pull it along behind her.

My second quibble was how the kids were right in front of her/them when they were walking down the aisle.

I do wonder though, how much say did she have in the dress. How much was Stephanie and how much was Elie Saab.

The 30th Anniversary of The Princess Grace Awards were celebrated Monday night w/a Gala Awards Presentation attended by TSH Prince Albert and Princess Charlene.

Holy Crap Charlene!! She looks amazing and I can't remember the last time she really and truly looked like a Princess at an event like this other than the Rose Ball last year w/that incredible pink dress. Only thing that would have made this perfect is a Tiara, but still!!! Wow!!

Denmark is hosting a State Visit of the President of Slovakia and his wife. The State Banquet was last night and Crown Princess Mary was her usual incredible self....

It's in Danish, but the photos speak for themselves. Oh and I love the addition of a row of pearls to Mary's Wedding Tiara. It really helps out the look of it and gives it added "oomph" that's badly needed for it.

I remember the Press Secretary of the Swedish Royal Family saying when answering questions of why both Madeleine and Carl Phllip's significant others were invited and attending Estelle's Christening hinting that at least one Royal Engagement announcement would be coming w/in a year. She wasn't far off w/that, was she?

I am so happy for her!!! After what happened w/her last fiancé, Madeleine so deserved someone who truly respected her as well as loving her and from all reports, Chris does just that.

All the happiness in the World to them and can't wait for next year's Royal Wedding!!

Princess Margriet of the Netherlands is going to receive an honourary degree from McMaster University in Hamilton on Nov 16.

Princess Margriet of the Netherlands will also receive an honorary doctorate for her lifelong dedication to international humanitarian work. Born in Ottawa where her family took refuge during the Second World War, the royal will speak to graduates from the faculties of health sciences and science in an afternoon ceremony the same day.

The Jordanian Royal Family has a new member and Queen Noor's a Grandma again. Prince Hamzah and Princess Basma welcomed baby Princess Zein on Saturday and Mother and Baby Princess are doing well. Haven't yet found a site or statement in English, but will keep looking.
