Mirai for TEB and Osmond for CoC?
ETA: Though I wouldn't be surprised if McCorkell got TEB. She is now on the top five subsitution list now that Biryukova secured a second event.
For some reason, the TEB organizers appear to want it to be Europe heavy -- as of right now 7 out of the 9 listed competitors are from Europe (Wagner and Gao round out the entry list).
