There is a degree of bad luck in that one of the fields currently experiencing such attrition is one she's already participating in.

THIS, its been really unfortunate half the spots withdrawn have com from COC where Mirai is already assigned. and for all those who claim dumping its not ISU or USFS fault if the french simply don't want Mirai at TEB either.

That the subtitute rules should be fixed so this doesn0t happen again. That I agree with.
