    FSU has guessed it right!

It's outrageous that Nagasu has been passed over again, though.

    for biryukova!!!
2 grand prixs is her chance to present her to international judges and to the russian fed, if she does well (which is, regarding the test skates, just a hopeful wish)

not sure about that, she finished bronze at the fed cup in Sochi behind Polina K. and an unknown skater

    Tatjana Flade tweeted:

Ice dancers I. Tobias/D. Stagniunas (LTU) out of Skate America. :-( He had injured his back prior to going to Nebelhorn Trophy.

Mirai for TEB and Osmond for CoC?

ETA: Though I wouldn't be surprised if McCorkell got TEB. She is now on the top five subsitution list now that Biryukova secured a second event.

For some reason, the TEB organizers appear to want it to be Europe heavy -- as of right now 7 out of the 9 listed competitors are from Europe (Wagner and Gao round out the entry list). And McCorkell had a solid showing at Ondrej Nepela Memorial, winning the event.

Why? There are at least two dozen Ladies below her who've met the GP minimum, but whose PB's from last season are at least 25 points below Nagasu's. [/bitterness]

I think they already substituted the entry and that spot will go to
Glebova and Biryukova as mentioned above ?

One more spot for each event has been open with the withdrawal of Kexin Zhang.

Commiserations to Zhang. Nagasu better get that spot now.

    Substitute list now is:

    (11) Nagasu, (38) Flatt, (41) Osmond, (44) Glebova and (46) McCorkell.

I am guessing Jenna McCorkell for TEB (cheapest to transport by far as well as most likely to be beaten by French skaters) and Glebova for CoC?

Well it would have been nice of them to announce their withdrawal BACK THEN allowing USFS to replace them.

I agree about TEB its probbaly the cheapest to transport and most beatable
(McCorell ) Mirai will be passed again , but I think CoC spot could go to Osmond but I have a feeling Flatt gets another
