Very proud of her and her desire to help others and all her wonderful accomplishments but...the turning the page on skating - still stings! Witnessing her skate I'm sure has helped many people and inspired them too (me for one!)...so miss her presence. But of course want her to be happy.

Why wouldn't she run for POTUS? Eventually, that is. It would probably help to be elected to another public office first.

Kinda off topic but i just read a preview of 2008 olympic champion gymnast Shawn Johnson´s book and she said that Michelle sent her a sweet text in Beijing the night after she didn't win the all-around gold. Shawn said it felt like Michelle was the only person in the world who really understod how it feels to not win and get a silver medal instead. I thought this was cute and one more reason to love Michelle!
