American Idol hometown visits

Joshua Ledet today in Westlake and Lake Charles. It finally stopped raining enough for the parade in Westlake which included Mardi Gras floats from several krewes including Lunatiques. Those on the floats were throwing beads like a regular MG parade. The Convention and Visitors Bureau is one of the sponsors of this hometown event.

There was a fatal truck/motorcycle crash outside the Burton Coliseum which is close to the LC airport. It happened before the concert. Josh also sang in Westlake. He was supposed to go to Contraband Days which is a huge local/regional spring festival on the lake. Not sure if he did.
