Oh yeah--dear old Rachel. For over a year now she keeps telling me that time is running out to reduce my credit card interest. When the Mayan's end of days come and go, she'll still be out there making her robocalls!

I've had a lot of the phishing emails lately - amazon, youtube, wal-mart etc. I don't have accounts with any of them, so I've just deleted them all.
I get calls from Rachel too - I never pick up, but it is rather annoying when they leave the messages on my voicemail.

It used to be that you could tell based on the sender's email address. If it didn't come from Amazon, then that would be clear in the email address. Now they've figured a way to show it as an Amazon email address.
My advice is to go to your Amazon account (www.amazon.com not by following the link the email) and verify it there.
