    Favorite Bee Gees song

In honor of a family who has brought so much to music, but is now holding vigil on yet another brother who it appears will "go" far far far too soon. ...

What is the best/your favorite Bee Gees song? (Multiple selections = okay.)

For me, the chords, words, and "ahhhhhhhhhhs" in the first minute of How Deep is Your Love are unmatched ... so phenomenal ... edges it to the top over How Do You Mend a Broken Heart and To Love Somebody.

Ahhhhhhh! Kick and recommend thread! .

Grew up with the B-gees and I can't find any B-gees song that I dont like except maybe Tragedy. My fave of all I think would be Dont Throw It All Away, oh wait, Emotions should be on top of my list, but heck I voted for all.

Well, the Bee Gees (at least some of them) wrote "If I Can't Have You" and recorded it, I believe, but I much prefer Yvonne Elliman's version.

With them singing, probably "Jive Talking".

Now that you say that, it really does sound like a Bee Gees song Am now imagining Barry Gibbs' falsetto in place of Yvonne Elliman...

    You Should Be Dancing.

We couldn't understand the part of the chorus that goes "whatcha doin on your back" so we used to sing "stick it in your ear and dance, stick it in your ear and dance, you should be dancing, yeah"

I prefer the Tavares version of "More Than a Woman."

I like it too, but it always makes me think "I don't know, how long is your love?"

    Okay, that's just wrong...

I'm not a fan, at all. But my favorite when I was a little boy was How deep is your love.

    Another vote for Emotions (Other).

I had no idea how prolific the Bee Gees were as songwriters until they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I thought it was "whatcha doin in your bed" (it's midnight and you should be dancing)

I liked "Jive Talkin" and "Islands in the Stream".

Mushy middle school dance voids: How Deep is Your Love.

Great song, even when Destiny's Child did it - another "other" for Emotion.

Special mention to Barry Gibb's title track from the movie version of Grease.

And much nostalgia for a song I still really love: I Just Wanna Be Your Everything by brother Andy.

That is just so hard to choose. And I didn't realize it was multiple choice.
