Dancing With The Stars, Season 14, Week Two

Maria will dance with broken ribs.

    Martina (yay!) sounds relatively confident.

Does anyone know the performance order for tonight?

DWTS needs its own Wedgie Data site, not to mention more skaters as competitors.

I love the fact Roshon can really move. A couple of miscues, but very good Quickstep. Oh, the music, ugh.

    Roshon's scores:

    9 8 9

Well I hear that nobody fired the singers.

I liked Roshon, although the vocals for that music were worse than usual (and that's saying something)

I think the judges are screwing with us and they've secretly changed the top score to 20 without telling anyone.

Said with a because I like Roshon and haven't seen this many 9's in a long time.

I wish I were more involved in viewing, but mostly I'm just waiting to see if my satellite feed craps out again...

So far, so good. (Except the singers. Please make them stop.)

Jive is a lot of work for Sherri, but she gave it her best.

I love Sherri with this dance but they missed one movement that was really awkward unfortunately.

Sherri had some obvious problems, but I enjoy watching her dance. She has a great attitude and seems to be having fun herself.

Wow, if they are giving out 9s at the beginning, there just might be a 10 showing up tonight.

I actually thought that Roshon would score lower, but I am so happy with his scores. He was lightning fast with the foot work and looked really debonair. Loved their pre-performance video and watching Chelsie's lack of swag and rap skills.

Melissa's Quickstep was a bit scattered, but she kept up.

Melissa was rather 'meh.' Maks was kind of hauling her around the floor at the end.

    GEEZ, audience...shut up.

Melissa had a number of nice and difficult steps, but the overall effect didn't really grab me.

Gladys is just always going to be a joy. I enjoyed it, she didn't need to run, IMO.

    Gladys' scores:

    7 5 7

Gladys is great - she's 68 but doesn't carry on about how hard it is to compete with the "younger" competitors. She just goes out and takes it seriously and goes for it.
