Question about Adult Nationals

Hi all--

I'm curious how many at FSU plan to attend this year's Adult Nationals in a few weeks (in Barrington IL, a Chicago suburb). It looks like I'll be there signing copies of my book "Skating on Air: The Broadcast History of an Olympic Marquee Sport"...

... but I don't get out to many competitions these days (and I REALLY don't compete!). Anyone here going as a competitor, spectator, or otherwise?

You might try asking this in Moves in the Field, as well since that's where most active skaters hang out.

Nope. But you should ask at skatingforums2.com. Lots of adult skaters there.

I'll be there too. AN is a very fun competition - lots of good skating and good support.

(BTW, AN is in Bensenville IL, not Barrington.)

I probably saw some of you competing today (Friday) without even realizing it... I'm sharing a table with a fellow author in front of the video games in the East arena (pretty sure it's east, anyway). Come say hi if you're there!
