Actually, the headliners for Tribute to Life have not yet been announced. Petrenko was the headliner a few years back (apparently the Newington Arena needs to update the site!) I will post updated information here as soon as I have it. Thanks!

Apparently Jason Brown skated at a show, Northbrook on Ice, 5-6-7-Sk8!. during May 11-13.

I am not sure if I can put a FB link here (although it is accessible site without friending),
but here is what Northbrook Park District says on its FB:

Time for a Friday trivia quiz: Can you name the local teen who won a Bronze Medal at the 2012 World Junior Figure Skating Championships? Here’s a hint: he’s performing at Northbrook-On-Ice this weekend! The first person with the correct answer will win two free tickets to tomorrow’s 6pm show.

Lovely pictures! You always get some great shots.

Also, since no one seems to recall, do you know or remember what P/I's program was? I know the exhibitions of the other major skaters there, but that info seems to be eluding everyone!

"Celebrity Skate 2012" took place last Thursday at the Chelsea Piers rink in NYC with the purpose of raising money for Ice Theatre of New York's rehearsal fund to help defray the cost of renting ice. Dick Button was one of the judges and Sinead & John Kerr performed.
The event paired celebrities -- NY1 morning anchor Pat Kiernan; fashion designer Nicole Miller; and Dr. Robert Engle, winner of the 2003 Nobel Prize in economics -- with professional partners. A three-judge panel pronounced its verdicts, and audience members cast votes for the routine that inspired them the most.

Yes, I can start one (ETA: as soon as I'm done updating Scoretracker with the online results from May). I hope this means you're going to watch Bluebonnet Open again?
