I went over to the Ice Network Site, and partial coverage of all 4 events was available (no commentary).

I didn't have to log in to view it either.

I get a black screen and nothing ever plays

You need to have things set up correctly on your computer.

If a PC:

You need to have Java installed and turned on (and the most recent version)

You need Flash Player installed (the most up to date version)

You need to be running Firefox 3 and above or Internet Explorer 7 or above.

Cookies need to be enabled

Popup blocker needs to be turned off

Universal Sports now has Junior Worlds available to view for free. http://www.universalsports.com/figur...ide/index.html There is no commentary. It is the full competition. I'm not sure if this is the same video as on IceNetwork. Probably so.
