Has anyone watched the first 3 episodes? The show is disturbing - Evil outdoes evil
Not yet but I am looking forward to it.

I have watched all of them. Not a fan of this alien idea. I had kind of hoped that it was just in the guys head and he was truly crazy but we saw a glimpse of an alien in the last episode and that was in a scene with Lange's character. I guess they are real. Blah. The rest is GREAT.

I've seen the first 3 episodes of this season. Very gory, but i like it.
It could use a little more Adam Levine and Joseph Fiennes though.![]()
Anyone still watching? It has really begun to move quickly and with only 2 episodes I guess they are making sure to wrap things up. I feel the pacing is a little off and they are indeed rushing now to get the story all in but I still love every minute of it. The musical number with Jessica Lange was absolute genius and was probably better than any crap Glee has done in years. I guess Ryan Murphy had that one in his pocket for a while.
Ryan Murphy said there was a clue about the upcoming season in one of the scenes with Sister Jude at the juke box. The song playing (besides the musical number she performed) was I Put a Spell on You. Many people believe next season may be about witchcraft, which I think would be just awesome. I noticed this week that Sister Jude had another scene at the juke box and the song playing this time was Love Potion #9 which is another big hint about witches! It is either true or Ryan Murphy is very cruel. lol

He is cruel![]()
Let's see - the season included - The Devil, a serial killer, an SS doctor, and a suggested alien presence - I think Ryan Murphy locked down every evil element known (and actually unknown!) to man and put it in a show. The inside of his mind must be![]()
I'm still watching and the aliens are the most interesting story line.So glad that Lana and Kit got away and both baby mamas are alive. But not sure what he's gonna do now.

I agree the Jessica Lange musical number was brilliant. I'm interested to see how this season wraps-up...overall I think it's been quite good - although I'm not crazy about the alien thing. I also think the acting has been very strong... particularly Lily Rabe.
BTW, did everyone know that Lilly Rabe is Jill Clayburgh's daughter??? I didn't know that until I googled Jill while watching 'Bridesmaids' (again) on HBO!
I love this season. I wish Chloe Sevigny had a bigger role than she had. Most of the female leads were good strong roles and deserve recognition.
I still want Murphy to fit in some gratuitous Adam Levine/Joseph Fiennes/Zachary Quinto nudity before the end of the season.![]()

I think that "The Name Game" might be my favorite thing on TV, ever.
Congratulations Evan Lysacek -- 2010 Olympic Champion!
Yes, I also wish we saw more of Chloe Sevigny....maybe she will return for Season 3 in a bigger role.
Don't forget!!!! "AHS:Asylum" season 2 finale is this Wednesday 1/23/2013.

it's already been announced that Jessica Lange is going to return,Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters are officially returning![]()
Supposedly next season focuses more on "romance" or whatever that means. I still think witches will be involved but romance can also be explained by those juke box songs as they dealt with love but both by force (spells and potions).

There is one episode left right? I wonder what there is left to do?! But I hope whatever it is, Kit survives and has a happy ending. LOL

For their final season (which hopefully isn't for a few years), they should have a "Friday the 13th"/"Nightmare on Elm Street"/"Saw" type season where every cast member from every season is killed off week by week until there is only one left in the finale. With Jessica Lange as the last survivor!!!
