Lioudvinevitch is going to concentrate on university. Hopefully Mulder will continue though no sign of him on IPS yet.

    7 Tarrah Harvey / Keith Gagnon BC/YT

I believe these two have retired. Tarrah was listed in the BC/YT Super Series Final program as working for the BC Section.
A good rant is cathartic. Ranting is what keeps me sane. They always come from a different place. Take the prime minister, for example. Sometimes when I rant about him, I am angry; other times, I am just severely annoyed - it's an important distinction. - Rick Mercer

Oooh... While I understand it, this is still a little sad. They had such a long run together, with some fantastic results along the way. He is a fabulous dancer, with such a sense of humor. Congrats to them on a great competitive career.

Although she is working for the section, is it possible he could find a new partner? He's still quite young? Or will he just not do so after skating so many years with Tarrah?

Keith is 24 will turn 25 Dec 31

    He's 5'11" tall....Hmmmm.

On an unrelated note , has the Crone /Hubbell thing fallen apart entirely ? Or are they hoping for a release for him this year ?

Vanessa is 22 and is 5'3" tall.

    Just sayin'...

A little sad is right, but not surprising, and I think it's the right decision. When they dropped behind Orford & Williams at Canadians, I think the writing was on the wall. I'm glad they got the chance to compete on the Sr. GP this year and will always go back and appreciate their fabulous programs - Chaplin FD from 2010, both the SD and FD from last year, and this year's Rolling Stones FD in particular.

I believe (although I don't have confirmation) that Keith is coaching with Megan and Aaron at 8-Rinks.

You know, I've hoped Keith would join their coaching team when the time came. With all of his outside dance training , he could be quite an asset .

Still, I can't help thinking he and Vanessa could make a pretty charming pair.
( Provided either wanted to have another fling. ) I bet they could deliver one cute polka.

I'd love to see Keith with a petite dancer who's had extensive ballet training. I can't think of anyone like that who'd be available, but Keith studied dance at Simon Fraser University and has a great ballet background himself. His posture, carriage and expression is always fantastic.

But if he's ready to move on, it would be great to see him share his skills through coaching.

Ben Mulder announced his new partnership today. He will be skating with Jade Marrow, who was formerly partnered with Allan Stoll. I look forward to seeing this new team!

    .
I keep hoping to see a Crone/Hill partnership. He is a great dancer and IMO has the potential to be very competitive - but unfortunately not with that partner. She is improving, but I doubt she will ever reach his level, or he will ever reach his full potential skating with her.

Vanessa Crone OTOH is a far better skater, and I cant believe she still doesnt have a partner. I would like them at least to try out together and see how it feels.

I'm pretty sure Asher Hill will stay with Kharis Ralph, as they've been together for years and seem to be good friends.
