Tonight's Dateline was solely about this tragedy.They had alot of footage of interviews they'd done with Josh Powell after the disappearance of his wife. With what we now know it was creepy.

On the news last night and the papers today: the family of Josh Powell wants to bury him next to his sons
. The Coxes (Susan's parents) are trying to get a restraining order to prevent Josh from being buried within 25 feet of the boys' graves (and where they hope to bury Susan if her remains are ever found). In the meantime, CrimeStoppers has bought the plots on either side of the boys' graves to prevent the Powell family from being able to inter Josh right next to them. they are looking for donations to help offset the costs.
Honestly, the absolute gall of the Powell family.

I don't know wtf they were thinking, but apparently they changed their minds after the mother's side of the family threatened to move the kids to a different cemetery.
