It was Oh Darling, but I'm not sure who sang this version. Maybe someone else could help with that?

I went to Sunday's show where Evan skated to The Climb and Tango de Roxanne. Everything was great. Kudos to Jason Wong, head choreographer, for all the great group numbers. Mirai seemed to really enjoy performing. Ross did "Luck Be a Lady Tonight" by Frank Sinatra and really sold it! Stephen Carriere, Yasmin Siraj, Donlan/Speroff, Castelli/Shnapir, and everyone else were terrific.

I have come to the conclusion that it is a Massachusetts State Law that someone from SCOB has to use "Feeling Good" for their exhibition every single year. Thankfully, a few years ago they abandoned using the song "Ice Action" for the big showcase number that features the up-and-coming competitors. I think that was about the time the "Feeling Good" law went into effect! But, the show definitely did leave me feeling good!

We went to the Saturday afternoon show.

The show's director is the son of a man that works with my wife.

Donlan and Speroff have a new exhibition program to Quelqu'un m'a dit by Carla Bruni. Yes, it was finally time to say Goodbye to their Time to Say goodbye exhibition . I loved the new program and will upload this to youtube in a few minutes, too.

I was impressed with Evan's S & D. His skating looks softer and more polished.

I thought he looked painfully slow. Maybe that was just an issue related to the size of the rink?
