    Eaglet season has started

3 eggs are in nest at Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge in OK - should hatch end of January - sometime you can catch the parents rolling the eggs every 1-2 hours Sequoyah

parents have been working on nest at Decorah (it snowed last night)

the Norfolkcam should be live by the end of the month - Dad Norfolkand his new mate have been seen mating already

The videos don't work too well on my phone but I'll check them out the next time I'm on the computer. Thanks!

The Decorah eagle laid her third egg last night! The young eagle from the NBG nest in Norfolk has not laid yet, despite lots of mating!

Love watching "Dad" Norfolk bringing "lumber" to the nest for nestorations.
Looks like the Jordan Lake cam is down for the season.
The Sequoyah nest has 3 eaglets. Hope the runt does okay. It hatched about a week after the other two but still seems pretty small.

Still no eggs at Norfolk Botanical, but tonight there was a gripping altercation between one of the NBG eagles and an intruder. Here's the video: winner was the NBG eagle

It was pretty exciting! And this morning it looked for sure like the female was going to lay her first egg, but it was a false alarm.

The BC eagles don't want to be left out!

I was at the Delta one last weekend. Unfortunately, the view is actually better from the camera!

It's been all drama at the Virginia nests this season.

Richmond's eagles are setting on 2 eggs and there was an intruder in his nest today that he had to fight.

    Richmond Intruder

At NBG, #3 female eagle has not been seen since the intruder attacked the other day. But, # 4 female eagle is trying to worm her way into the males affections by hanging around.
