What a wonderful example of friendship and respect by Ms. Carello.
I hope that Ms. Lucas' relatives are located and come forward as a result.

Joan was a great lady. I was honored to get judging advice from her.
Actual bumper sticker series: Jesus is my co-pilot. Satan is my financial advisor. Budha is my therapist. L. Ron Hubbard owes me $50.

The current issue of Skating Magazine includes a list of judges who have reached service milestones (five-year increments). Joan Lucas is included on the list, having been a figure skating judge for 45 years.
