Yup, Whoopie said today on The View that she made the fart noise with her mouth. She wanted to clear the air, so to speak, because there seemed to be such a big deal about it.

I thought the noise was too loud to be a fart since she would need to have a microphone right next to her butt, LOL.

Whoopie is a horrible host on The View. When she's in a segment that she doesn't care for she would sit there and make faces at the camera. That's just rude. And she's awful at asking questions.

Sometimes she does show a lapse in judgment, i.e. her recent "it wasn't rape-rape" statement, but I don't mind her so much. I can't stand it when they interrupt a guest and they all start talking at once.

I don't watch The View so I'm basing my liking on her movies. The Color Purple, Clara's Heart & Jumpin' Jack Flash are my favorites. I also liked her in Ghost, the Sister Act movies, & Made in America.

I do watch the View. I think at times each of the make faces when disagreeing with a guest. It makes them real. Whoopi is much more tolerable than Sherry Shepherd Sally. Sherry is rude to most people.

I'd rather hear Sherry than Elisabeth any day though. Did you see the episode where Elisabeth confronted Bill Mahr about a joke he made about her? Cringe-inducing and unprofessional. I was surprised Barb let Lizzie act like that on the show.

OMG, I so want to slap her face every time she goes into her Valley speak. Of course whenever she does that, all the co-hosts and the audience are obliged to put on their fake laugh like it's the most darling thing ever. Really?
