    NBC Sports press release for Improv-Ice:
    Sasha Cohen, Johnny Weir, Michael Weiss, Nicole Bobek and Nancy Kerrigan are some of the highlighted skaters to perform in Improv-Ice this Sunday at 4 p.m. ET on NBC. The skaters are given two songs to choreograph their own improvisational skating routines in this competition. Once they have performed, viewers go online (http://www.dissonskating.com) to vote on the Best Improv-Ice Skater.

    Skating legends Brian Boitano and Peggy Flemming will host “Improv-Ice”, which is the seventh Pandora NBC Skating Series show. There will also be a musical performance by world famous artist Styx.

    Gosh, it's nice to see Nicole skating and looking so happy. I'm really glad she's getting herself back together.

    Ryan Bradley was BORN for this format.

    If I didn't know better, I'd say Johhny'd been taking choreography lessons from Morosov.

    Johnny looks like he has been training! I never thought I would see that again. Hurray! Nicole is looking better. Nancy looks like she finally enjoys skating again. Jeremy was made for show skating. Love Styx, but I don't find their music skateable.
